He should have gone to the line on that. Any fouls we can get on them early helps. It will take them out of the wall they want to play.

I didn't even notice which ref called the foul, because that's how apathetic I've become.

Not much. That is one thing that needs to be more heavily enforced. They happen all the time and unfortunately our team is too soft to do it so we never reap the benefits.

No different than Pullen and Clemente carrying it every time they go to the hoop from the perimeter....or the travel...Craig Brackins can't go from the 3 point line to the hoop on 2 steps, no way in hell either of those two can.
