If anyone is still holding out hope that we're going bowling this year, please send me your CC information and I'll make sure you have hotel rooms, tickets, travel, and food all lined up. I'll also ship you a monorail.
I’ll even throw in this great bridge I own in Brooklyn…cheap

We didn't see ourselves winning at Texas either and we easily could have. Who knows what can happen.

Yes they could have. Take away the interception in the end zone and the fumble...........ISU wins. Turnovers.

But that happens in football games. They were trying to win. None of this let's hold back.....play like a Ferentz and try not to lose.

In basketball very few people get upset by hustle fouls. It's the lazy fouls that drive people crazy.

Like I said before

Winning doing the same thing over and over is smart
Losing doing the same thing over and over is insanity

Today even with this loss the coaches proved they are not insane. So I'm happy.

Sorry, but that's not worse than X's unfortunately. X didn't have his knocked out by a defender like that.
Okay, so, I mentioned earlier that I only listened on the radio. Clicking the earlier 247 link is the first I've seen of X's drop.

That Colorado "drop" wasn't even a drop, the defender made a smart play to swat that ball out of his hand before he "completed" the catch.

The X drop, though. . . is soooooo much worse than I thought it was going to be. Holy moley.

Hoping he was dehydraded in the heat and just exhausted. Yikes.

At the end of the day, you are what your record is. This year is a major black eye for Campbell. I doubt we see Campbell linked to any high profile jobs going forward. Disappointing!

Yeah, I doubt that.

No, last year was the real fail! This year enforces it.

Yeah, i think most programs would look at this year and go "well, its Iowa State, theyre going to have rebuilding years, think what he'd do with a higher level of talent". The problem is that last year is their best answer to that and the results were sub-optimal.

Normally with success comes higher rated recruits, but that’s not the case. And then you have Texas, after losing to Kansas at home, comes back with a top 5 recruiting class for next season.
