I was surprised, too. I'm getting the impression that the KU debacle might have been the last straw for even the true believers. But the show must go on. There's a game to be played and beer to be consumed.

3rd home game in two years I have missed (never happened in 10 years of season tickets), first time in maybe 6-7 I haven't done whatever necessary to watch it. I won't see a minute of it due to a wedding and it's not bothering me, I guess that's apathy.

Yeah, I get it. It's hard to show much enthusiasm for a 2-7 team that's been circling the drain for a while now. Still have to support the players for putting in the time and effort. And there are some individual things to watch for - Sam continuing to develop into a good Big 12 QB and Bibbs' pursuit of the single season TD reception record, to name a couple.

Since its NOT Snowing I hope that the fans will turn out in good numbers to fill the stadium... Nothing worse for a football team to run out on the field to 20,000 fans albeit Die Hard Fans in JTS.
