This is my biggest frustration with college refs. Just be consistent, but it seems they never are.

I didn't see what happened on that play specifically, but we've been getting called a bunch of times this year on: smaller player turns around to box out a bigger opponent, bigger opponent tries to jump over them, smaller player keeps pushing backwards, takes out their legs, we get called for the foul.

To me that's an over-the-back on the opponent or a play-on. Dumb.

Not if the smaller player keeps pushing backwards. That would be on the smaller player unless the big guy fouled when trying to jump over him.
