Not sure why everyone keeps saying the defense is playing well - they've given up 481 yards with time left in the 3rd Quarter. Yes, they kept ISU in it earlier, but they are far from playing well. And I don't care that TCU has done this to everyone else - 481 yards is not playing well.

1 - TCU had 17 points at halftime. Don't care if they had 1000 yards. Scoreboard is the only thing that matters in the end.

2 - Mostly people are saying they're playing well compared to the genocide that is our offense.

This is quite foolish post obvious the game plan coming in today especially on defense was pretty good. Offensely, players are just not executing at all. Drop pass for a touchdown and then a poorly executed trick play that was an obvious touchdown as well.

Way way more than this.

Lemme 'splain it to ya.

Our offense goes 3 and out sooooooo many times. Which, gives the opposing offense a lot of opportunities - meaning more plays and more yards.

I don't care if you are a fire Rhoads complaining nutso or a it's not Sam's fault sunshine pumper, if you are still watching this game I salute you. You glutton for punishment.

Yep down to the die hards. It would be nice to be entertained once in a while instead of having to watch absolute crap. Texas Tech may not be good, but they're fun to watch.

Apparently holding is no longer illegal.

EDIT: Or WR blocking down field.

saw that one too......

On the offensive side, Sam B Richardson should allow one of the other 3 quarterbacks to finish this game. Not he, but the coaches I should say. Liberty Bowl. I salute you Sam for trying to do what you are asked......I have no issue with you. It is the coaches. Hoiberg substitutes players. We could have another guy in there.....of course, we may lose the "too young" "too inexperienced" excuse later. Clean house.

This game is now officially over. Let's see some backups get time. Keep the seniors in, let the backups at the rest of the positions play.

In other words, excuses for poor play. Gotcha.

The offense is playing bad. The defense is playing bad. End of story.

It is somewhat frustrating that when TCU runs the exact same play as us (ie, jump ball in the end zone), they convert. We can't.

Reminds me that a lot of the problem is talent. Blame it on what you wish, it's still a talent thing.

Just facts. Both units bad. No denying that. I've said it all year.

But the offense has by far underperformed way more than this defense. Fact.
