so here's a question. if you have mediacom or just a digital antenna, do you get a different game on each digital cbs signal (e.g. 5.1, 5.2 , 5.3 etc.) ? or is it the tournament on 5.1, then soemthing like murder she wrote or reruns of magnum PI on the others? just wondering because I'm at work and we have a digital antenna

I think it depends on the market. I know in some areas you can watch the regular feed on the .1 channel and the alternate game on the .2 channel. I dont know why KCCI in des moines doesnt do this/

The DFW CBS affiliate isn't showing an alternate game on their HD subchannel(s) either, even though a couple of years ago they did show two games simultaneously. In fact, the local CBS affiliate presently doesn't even have any subchannels up.

Maybe CBS has some policy against showing two games in some markets??? Seems like another blown opportunity to exploit HD technology.

Could have something to do with how much money they get off of their directv ppv package. Between the .1 and .2 channels, and the CBS college sports channel that they already use for the 4-6pm oprah\news break, they could easily have 3 games airing at a time.

If ESPN were to take over, id love it, other than the talk of that going with an expansion to 96. Games on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU for the first 2 days sounds great.

I hated on them earlier in the season, especially since I was ****** we lost to them, at home, again. But as the season wore on, and as it became more and more obvious how bad our team was, I eased up on the hate. I'd love to see them can the Beakers today.
