Wow Phil is lucky he didn't kill someone with that ball of the tree. I've always been amazed they let people stand that close to someone playing out of the trees for that exact reason.

Sadly could be a matter of time before an errant shot hits someone causing significant damage.

This morning I thought Tiger was going to have to shoot something around 68 to stay in touch. If he does that today he'll be at or near the lead. These are the types of days where, historically, he puts his nose right in there.

Don't get me wrong, things are always more interesting when Tiger is in the thick of things but my God, ESPN/CBS are trying way too hard to make him relevant. He's 10 strokes off the lead and has been driving the struggle bus for two days...

The coverage has stunk as it always does when CBS is producing. The story is Tiger and the cut now. Besides, if it's going to play like this, anyone who makes the cut is going to be "in" it.

I would prefer anything to Reed winning as well.
