Prohm doesn't give them much beyond a base offense. The focus is always defense for the 1st month or two until every combination of 5 possible rotation players can communicate and run together. Then, he works in the offensive sets. It's ugly at the beginning of the season, more so because of youth, but expected.

Honestly, defense and rebounding are the primary objectives with this team.

That sequence was frustrating. No call on Jackson’s drive, UWM gets bailed out on a similar play.

It’s a good thing we didn’t schedule that additional exhibition.

Running around with our heads cut off on defense. It's amazing how much basketball these guys play and they can't execute basic defensive rotations.

I’m pretty sure we’d defend better overall right now if we weren’t pressuring the ball but I’m also pretty sure Prohm is determined to keep doing it until they learn to do it.
