I usually do pretty well in the standings of my pools during the first and second days because I can usually pick one or two of the 6/11, 5/12, or 4/13 upsets. But then I always make one more upset pick than I should, my bracket turns to ashes, and I don't earn any points for the rest of the tournament.

And I've apparently never learned to correct this tendency, because it happens every year... except last year, I think I was in last place from the very first day.

Who are everyone's make or break teams? Mine are probably Michigan & Wisconsin. I have Mighigan going to the final 4 and there probably won't be too many other brackets who have them going that far. I have Wisconsin losing in the first game and if they go on a deep run I'm screwed.

Both my younger brothers picked ISU to win the whole thing. One had us over KU (4th time the charm?), and the other over Minnesota (winner gets Rashad). I doubt they win anything.

I've done this for many years, and my biggest downfalls are:

1. I want to get every game correct, even though I know it's like 3 trillion to 1 against that happening. Short of that, I'd love to nail just one region entirely. Which leads to:

2. My initial "instinct" bracket is probably as good as anything I could do, then I spend 2 or 3 additional days second-guessing and ruining it.

Is there a CF bracket group? I tried searching and couldn't find it. Can someone hook me up, please?

I don't have a single #1 seed in my Final Four for my CF bracket. I did just gut instinct picks. The region I probably had the most angst over was the South region.

And like Vikes, I'm trying to leave it alone.

I originally only had one.............but I'm so, so tempted to add a 2nd back. that Wall Street blind pick thing is throwing me.

I really just need to wait until 10 minutes before the first game, rush through it, and then submit it right before tip of the first game. Always try to outsmart myself and pick the sure thing upsets.

I usually make mine pretty homer-tastic and make my bracket more about who I want to win and less who will actually win. But... my fantasy football league decided to make the bracket challenge our decider for draft picks next year and I now I have to take it seriously.

I also have a lab pool for money. ISU in the final four!

I don't have any #1 seeds in the elite eight. Didnt realize it until I did entire bracket, but if it is going to happen, this would be the year.

Well I went and changed my bracket. I still hate it. I won't win but I won't finish last either.
