Who does everyone think will go #1? I really don't understand why you would pick McLemore #1. Doesn't seem like a ton of bang for your buck as a #1 pick.

This might be one of the worse drafts in the past 20 years for talent. He probably has the most upside of anyone in the draft. Noels is going to be a bust. Anthony Bennet has a lot of talent, but i guess he puts on another 40 lbs and is awful.

That being said, i hope the Bulls pull the trigger if someone will trade Deng for McLemore or Otto Porter.

I would take Otto Porter way before I would take McLemore for Deng. I think McLemore will do well in the league but I just don't see him making an impact on the Bulls right away.

Sounds like a terrible trade for the Bulls. They have about a 3 year window to win a title and trading their 3rd best player for a wildcard in McLemore or Porter is not a good move.
They should keep this group together for one more year, amnesty Boozer next summer and then deal Deng to finally get a decent two guard to pair with Rose, Butler, Noah, and Gibson.

As a T-Wolves fan I'm expecting a good 3 point shooter. With a healthy Rubio, Love, and a resigned Pekovic they could finally get back to the playoffs.

As a pistons fan I'm hoping for mclemore to fall to #8, I have a feeling they'll go with a point guard due to having Brandon knight and set at the post position with Greg Monroe and Andre Drummond.

Deng is a FA at years end

I don't mind shipping Deng in this offseason. I really like him as a player, great defender, quality shot, decent offensive game. But with the emergence of Butler, he is not necessary. The Bulls have been missing a shooting guard with a great 3 point shot, but I don't see that in the top of this draft either. I thought the Bulls could plausibly run Butler at the 2, and keep Deng. That would easily contend for the best defensive team in the league with Rose, Butler, Deng, Boozer (Gibson off the Bench) and Noah. But Rose would have the primary offensive load, and a knock down 3 point shooter would be a great addition to that team.

The Bulls also need to look into getting a back up center. Noah can't keep up the minutes he put in the past season.

I am interested in this offseason as a Bulls fan. I feel this team can contend as is, but a few key moves could make it easier... But cost saving moves without a decent return could cause some struggles come postseason if the Bulls find themselves with out a secondary scoring threat.

If you take a 7 footer who can't score on crutches with the number one pick, you deserved to be crushed by LeBron.
