Buddy down in San Antonio just text me a pic of Niang in a walking boot. Doesn't seem like a positive sign but maybe precautionary.

He will be fine. The crutches are precautionary. Kane had the same thing and was also in a boot. He ended up playing 2 days later.

Maybe it's like Kane......where he stayed off it as much as possible and could still play. My guess is Niang is going to tough out anything he can.

Well it's obviously something, but a boot doesn't mean it's necessarily serious. That can be used for just about any foot/ankle/toe injury to keep pressure off of it.
