What happens to this team in the locker room

Otz is terrible with making adjustments. He does a fantastic job of brining guys together, playing peak basketball early, and getting guys to by in. In year 2 we are seeing the same things play our again. Other teams improve over the season, we repeatedly get out maneuvered after halftime, and some fixable fundamental flaws don't appear to get addressed.

Otz really does need to look in the mirror and figure out adjustments.
