Most of ours have at least one other P4 offer. Most of theirs don’t have a single P4 offer
Out of these 3… I really hope Bacon stays. Starting as a walk on - from Iowa. Would be a shame to see him not in cardinal and gold for one final year. Plus, CJR seems like a LB dream coach.

The incoming can't really happen until the window opens. This includes for PSU. Some may think they are heading that way but may not be in the end.
I'd suggest just sitting back and waiting to see what happens.
I have a feeling Jimmy and Co are going to keep things tight until kids are signed, as they should.
I always believed that if Iowa State joined the Big 10, we would be very competitive in football with most schools except for maybe two to four teams (OSU, MI, & Penn St most years and add Indiana this year). So many of our guys could be a good fit in Big 10 football.
Matt Campbell built a great program at ISU and left it in much better shape after 10 years. I sincerely believe that Matt appreciates and wants the best for ISU and would provide insight and assistance if needed. However, he moved on to the "bigger and better" job and needs to poach some of our players via the portal or redirect guys he was recruiting at ISU to PSU. That's business and is not personal. We didn't complain when Matt Campbell brought his Toledo staff to ISU along with some of his Toledo recruits. I am wondering how the new Jimmy Rogers ISU staff interacts with the Matt Campbell PSU staff in this coaching transition period. Do they talk much? Do they get along? Are they cooperative? Or, are they adversaries? Probably both in some instances.
Have been hearing the same about those 3 (and others) for a week now through other player's parent (who is also going). I fully expect our top players on both sides to be gone.

And if they leave so be it. We have seen players go and others will come and gladly replace those who departed. Jimmy Rogers replaced an entire roster at WSU and had a decent season. He’s a helluva coach. He has never had this much to sell recruits. He’ll be fine.
