Needless to say the anticipation of seeing this team in action against anyone, even Savanah St. is peaking.
Here's to the Senior years of Monte, Naz, Matt, Deonte, Sam, and Merrill. Let's make this a season to remember men.

I really hope we blow open a big lead so we get Solomon Young and Jakolby Long more minutes. Seemed last year in the non-con we could never quite get a big enough lead to let the bench get 10+ minutes a game.
Will also be interesting to compare how they play against Iowa on Sunday vs. the way they play in Ames.
If anyone finds the odds posted, let me know. I wasn't able to find anything this morning on any betting site.
Has there been any talk of redshirting him? They still don't have to decide for awhile so maybe they'll just see how it plays out. Despite how good he might be, he'd still probably be our third guard off the bench.
Should be a chance to really get the new guys a lot of work and try different lineup combinations.

Last year, I think the team spent the non-con getting to know the coach, and Coach Prohm spent it getting to know the team (at least to an extent). Familiarity in our leadership should help us in knowing what we want to do this year (particularly early).
