Watching Bob Jones shooting free throws is a suspenseful thrill ride.
Love this team but this goes for about every player with every shot some times. That includes fast breaks and put backs.
They remind me a lot of Iowa, seriously. Soft and whine about every call. When they can't outplay someone, they out thug them.
Getting the bucket was nice, but the most interesting thing about that play was Lipsey, realizing he's double teamed, immediately finding OO sliding towards the basket. Hard to coach that instinct.Designed

They're going have to get really hot and shut ISU down much better. They've got 32 points after 28 minutes of play.
Every time I watch him all I envision is Big Rob in a smoky night club, sitting on a big blue couch surrounded by chiks, bongs, and endless lap dances.

After the Hoiball years, I never thought I would like defensive-oriented basketball. But I do because it is glorious.
ISU needs to be sharp out front here as St. John's brings the pressure because they're struggling at finishing.
