Considering the overturn was going from interception to incompletion, yes.

Only our fans would see a huge TCU bobble incorrectly ruled a TD, our guy come down with the ball pretty clearly...and somehow be happy that the reviews say TCU 7, ISU 0 on those two plays. It's called a screw job, we're playing through it for now, but it's a screw job.

I told myself I wasn't going to care about this game, but holy ****, this "refereeing" is pulling me back in. Holy **** that call was awful. And to not award the TD after the TCU call stood. Why does ISU continue to play football in this conference when they are at a systemic disadvantage? I want to blame this on incompetence, but that explanation is simply insufficient. I refuse to believe otherwise.

So someone please help me understand. Receiver has ball in hands - knee hits ground in the end zone - elbow then hits ground out of bounds. Incomplete pass?

TCU guy definitely bobbled it, but he regained control before going out of bounds. Camera angle couldn't ever actually see the ball touch the ground so it would have been incorrect to call it incomplete.
