Weak possession to end the half --- but I guess 3 of the previous 4 possessions are hard to live up to.
Good way to close the half. Up 11 after being so flat, and A&M with a bit of foul trouble. Need to step on their throats in the first five of the second.
Offense seemed a little sluggish in the first half but I'm lovin the intensity on defense and cleaning up on the boards
The boys went out to the movies last night as a team activity. stuff like that is why the chemistry of this team continues to grow
Fred also moved Allen off the ball more, and that has helped him out as well. Of course, now Scotty is back at the point more.
Anyone else having picture problems in the Cedar Rapids area? Both HD and standard version have been really poor. Lots of pixelation and blackouts.
Any ISU history/trivia experts here? When's the last time ISU held a conference team other than Nebraska or Colorado below 20 points in the first half?
I know Colorado had something like 9 three seasons ago, and seems like ISU was behind NU in less-than-20 territory.

I think we've quietly been playing a 3 PG system with Royce, Allen, and Christopherson (and occasionally McGee). I think that's allowed Allen and Scottie to get get better looks but still help run plays and assist. I think Allen has really cut the stupid down and played considerably better since "The Shove" as well.
I agree that the defense has been very good. Tyrus is going to be sore with all the hits he's taking. Too bad there's no fouls being called for that.
Wow. They ******* about the refs after their game with us. I wonder what they're saying today? I'd check myself, but their site is a cesspool.
