good to get the win, but yikes, a lot of ugly moments in that game.
So some guy named Roach is 27% on 3's and he is bombing them from NBA range..
We need to pick up a win @texas bad. Will probably feel like a neutral site game this year based on past years where they weren't a tournament team.
He got an open look in the rhythm of the ball movement and hit the shot. It's just that simple and I wish there were a way for him to have things opened up quite a bit.
Really? They are one of three teams we have the best shot at beating in the Big 12 IMO.

Baylor squeaked another one out tonight.
TT played well for 30 minutes but it got away in the end.

Texas had an ISU reliable classic 27% 3 point shooter go 4-4 from the field all from deep. That alone made it uncomfortable.
Sweet one-touch pass to Burton for that lay-in late in the game

I liked how we closed. Helped that we hit open threes. We have some serious free throw liabilities on the floor though. Luckily it didn't matter tonight.
3 PT % = 41.7. FT % = 41.7. When Bowie missed those two, it was down to 12.5%. Maybe they should step back and take them from the 3 line.

2-1 with the loss on the road to undefeated 1st place team by 2. Teams are going to go through much worse 3 game patches without even playing Baylor or KU.
They are also young and talented and may get some things figured out in a month's time.
If Prohm/ISU doesn't, I don't like ISU's chances down there.
Now two road games to tell us how the season is really going to go!
