Should be interesting to see how the team plays - do they play 40 minutes or do they regress and only play part of a game and struggle. If they come out and play hard and win comfortably then maybe they have turned a corner - if they come out with an effort like they did against TT then maybe not.

Look for a good effort tonight and hope this isn't the night Texas figures out how to play.

I haven't watched Texas play much other than few mins. Do they have much size?

From what I can tell and basing from what Shaka has done in the past. They like to play like us when we run 4 guards. They get after it defensively and run and press.

If they play like that against us I'd like to think that we have the edge to win but not sure on covering.

One less guard for Shaka's Havoc.

@JonRothstien Texas guard Kendal Yancy (ankle) will not play today against Iowa State, per Shaka Smart.

Gonna be a tough game and hopefully ISU can pull it out.

Glad I get to watch it as I couldn't see the Baylor game.

Thanks Rulzzz. A little nervous about this one, we seem to play harder against good and bad teams, but these middle of the road ones give us trouble.

Let's welcome Cameron to Ames with a win Cyclones!
