Since Tony Yelk, has Iowa State had a kicker than actually put the ball in the end zone consistently on kick off? JFC Francis, the 11 yard line? Most Iowa high school kickers can hit that

He kicked it from the 20. That seems to be the penalty for the safety instead of punting on the kickoff.
