They just posted a video on Instagram with him wearing a heavy boot. But he looked fine lay game so not sure
It’s a beautiful 67 and sunny and the pool is heated. Mostly kids at the moment but the adult pool has lots of folks too.
The Daily had a preview of the teams. The had this to say about VCU:
The Rams are coming off of an NCAA Tournament appearance last season after winning the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship and finished the year with a 27-8 record. After losing their first game of the season to McNesse, VCU has won its last three games but has not shown the ability to run away with games.
They are coming off a narrow victory at home over Seattle University, 60-56, their lowest-scoring game of the season thus far. VCU lost a handful of key players from last season’s NCAA Tournament team and has asked role players from that team and new faces from the transfer portal to lead the team.
The Rams have struggled to find a groove offensively and are shooting 28% from three-point land and are averaging 68.3 points per game.
Didn’t take a pic of him but I bought the VCU guy a tequila shot. He traveled with the team so is a big booster.

Hurt his ankle a the game before grambling. Team posted pictures of him practicing without a boot
I watched all of that and I’m not sure why.
Right, he hurt his ankle a few games ago, and played against Grambling, seemingly showing no effects of the injury. Odd to see a Thanksgiving video, after (?) a week of practice, wearing a boot.
I’m in the minority seemingly but I like McClure. Relatively knowledgeable and chill.
