I’ve been thinking that since the non conference started. He’s just an okay bench guy that shouldn’t play big minutes and definitely shouldn’t have the green light always.

Terrible shot and a lucky make.

But that's two possessions in a row we left our man and got burned.

Bad defense has hurt us.

Yeah, it’s a lucky bank. But he’s WIDE open. 3 straight uncontested shots and 8 quick points. When we NEEDED stops.

On the positive side, there is a mountain of lessons to be learned from this tape today. The last couple years, we’ve played well in these early season tournaments, and by the time conference rolled around, we didn’t have gas.

The missed free throws though, this is just not acceptable. No lessons to be learned there; just ****ing make them. God damnit.
