Well I hope we can learn some valuable lessons from this. I think the takeaway is our offense is not substantially better than last year, at least not right now.

We need guard help and I’m not sure it’s currently on the roster.

Do you think we score 60 against this team last year? I really don't. Not great offense... but still better than last year. Just look at any of the advanced metrics and they tell you that.

He’s been awful all season and these last two games against real competition has really exposed him. Just not a high major caliber player.

It was a bad game. Frustrating. It happens. We've never had a perfect team. This year is no different.

But yeah Curtis Jones is a very limited offensively, is shooting the 3 horrible, and even at his best was a streaky shooter at Buffalo. Really Good on ball defender. Reminds me of another guy we had...

that beat Wisconsin basically single handedly.

Can't miss so many FTs and front ends. Totally different game if we don't do that. Also need someone beside Milan to be consistent from outside.

2 things on defense:

1. Need to be smarter on our double teams and who we're leaving on the perimeter.
2. Gotta stop switching on screens with Rob. He keeps getting matched up against their best guard. It isn't his fault but it's a total mismatch

We learned our 3 point defense and FT shooting both need major improvements from this trip. Good news is they have shown us they can fight back out of a big deficit.
