Doesn't make them a playoff contender or anything but at least they should be competitive now. With a full season of Luke Falk under center they might have pushed the Dolphins, Bengals and Redskins for worst record and first overall pick. For now it looks like a three team race to the bottom, and two of them play each other next week when Washington goes to Miami.

IDGAF what anyone says. The Patriots have the easiest schedule ever this year.

1: Steelers at home
2: Dolphins lol
3: Jets without Darnold
4: @ Bills but Josh Allen didn't play the whole game
5: Redskins lol
6: Giants on Thursday without Saquon, Sterling Shepard, Evan Engram
7: @ Jets, probably still win by 10+
8: Browns at home
9: @ Ravens ... their first (maybe second) challenge!
BYE: HOW CONVENIENT
10: @ Eagles ... finally picking up competition
11: Cowboys at home ... competition but again at home
12: @ Texans ... alright tough stretch
13: Chiefs at home ... again a challenger but in NE
14: @ Bengals lol
15: Bills at home
16: Dolphins lol

Steelers, Browns, Cowboys, Chiefs at home. At Ravens and Eagles back to back but nope Bye in between. Doo doo AFC East teams six times. Bengals, Redskins, wounded Giants.

It's the only reason I'm not penciling them in as Super Bowl champs already. We're into October and they have yet to play a single competent offense and they still won't until damn near November. Any defense can look amazing against the groups they've been lining up against. What sucks is that the schedule all but locks them in to a first round bye and home field advantage.

I think Kraft has the GM for each AFC East team on the payroll. Any time any of those other teams seem to start to make a move in the right direction the coach is fired and they make some sort of other questionable move.
