I hate to do "ref-blaming," but I swear Holmes gets mauled on drives/layups with no foul call more than any player ever.
Can't keep blaming the refs, teams looks unprepared and lacks any motivation. Can't blame the refs for the last 5 games of terrible play
We just look lost on offense. Have Osun or Kunc even got a shot, heck have they even got a good look?
We are just a painful offense because we don't push the ball to potentially get easy shots and our half court offense creates no good shots. I think we have more moving picks than good shots!

Grill isn’t even looking to score when catching the ball. Literally nobody is a threat to score when they pass the ball around the perimeter for 20 seconds
ISU has been going to the hoop much more the last two games. That's why they've only shot 6 threes for example.
That will be the first set play coming out of the half and we’ll probably not go back to it.
Floor spacing continues to be terrible offensively. They seem to lose their defensive intensity when going through scoring droughts.
I think some of it is he goes in looking for the contact and it looks worse than it is?

He does. I don't understand what more he could be doing to sell fouls. Same happened to Brockington last year and he became a jump shooter knowing he wasn't going to get calls

You are correct. And he needs to play more if everyone else is hurt in foul trouble or not doing much.
And at this point a little Ward wouldn't kill ISU. Maybe even help those with tired legs.
