Yeah my reading on it goes as follows:

WVU player got an offensive foul = our ball. Was reviewed and upgraded to an ejection. Then we got two technical fouls, meaning we lost that possession we just gained. Plus all the FTs.
yeah, dead ball contact tech is loss of possession. I was confused because the PA guy called like 3 WV guys for techs, but that wasn't really the case.

Yeah, i was thankful I was able to pull in twitter to get an explanation because what was reported in the arena wasn't helpful

I am always so, so sad when the last home game is finished. Even when we lose. Even when I don’t get home until midnight. It’s just sad.

In the long run, talent wins out. We aren't very talented. This roster is EXTREMELY flawed and that's being addressed via recruiting BUT TJ is going to have to be willing to change his style up some because this "hope to hold the opponent in the 50s to win" style isn't ever going to work consistently.
I agree. I am also certain that the style of defense we play won’t be the same when we actually have offensive talent.

It really does hit different when you realize you're not seeing Jack Trice or Hilton again for a long while no matter the result
I like having Cys House of Trivia to get back up there in April. It'd be nice if there were another summer event or two.

Not a official Iowa State event but Niang's fundraiser in the summer is a lot of fun. Golf outing and a trivia evening also. The Trivia night isn't the overindulgence that Cy's House of Trivia seems to be.

Disappointing ending to a hard fought game. The refs did us no favors. Hopefully we can get rejuvenated for the NCAA's It would be fun to get some wins in KC though I'm not too worried about that. Hell I hope they find a way to knock off Baylor Sat.

We will get in, but no doubt we are the worst team in the Big 12 right now and would not make the tourney if not for our hot start months ago.

I hate to do this, but the question has to be asked…. does our basketball and football teams have to recruit smarter players?? Both of them play REALLY stupid most of the time…. and it costs them lots of games.
Our offenses in both sports are very "basic". We have five plays in football that are dialed up 85 percent of the time. We pass around the perimeter for a heave 75 percent of the time in basketball. They can do remarkably well when they get away from these game plans which is seldom.

I do not mind losing but these games are so ugly to watch.

Interesting, just looked some of that up. I'm not a golfer, but the trivia night would be fun.

If 50 something fouls are called like last time we played them, could be longer.

I wonder if they'll call 31 fouls on WV tonight to even things up from Morgantown? Probably wishful thinking.

10:30 was the magic number tonight.

Yeah I didn't know if you golfed or not but the trivia night they added was a lot of fun for non golfers.
I'm on a table with some of my BB friends it was a fun evening. Certainly is ISU centered. Lots of stuff auctioned off with the proceeds going to the chosen charity of the yr. He has raised a boatload of money in the years he has started his charity. It is just another reason he has risen to my favorite postISU ball player. He is playing proball and wouldn't have to do it but yet choses to. Got to admire a person like that.

On the bright side, reading the game thread was entertaining.

LOL I thank Rulzzz in the beginning then drop back in at the end. I've tried following game threads when watching on TV and it's not my cup of tea. The people b*tching the most probably have no more ability or BB knowledge than me.

What was really frustrating is WVU went small and it created issues defensively but they only once tried to get it inside to Osun to take advantage of it on offense.
Seems to me TJ got out coached.
Also, why could no one guard stupid Joe T with his spastic play.
