Luckily it's on ESPNU. I don't think anyone watches the network unless their team is playing.

Team just needs to go out and play and learn as they go at this point.

Hoping that Prohm and Lard have worked things out. Cam was obviously upset and not playing like himself against UT.

I think Cam Lard is an emotional guy. Prohm is trying to manage that and help him grow up some but it won't happen overnight. One thing that has been clear in Prohm's first two years is that he won't sacrifice his long term vision for the program for short term gains. If Cam Lard isn't doing things the way Prohm wants them done then he's going to lose minutes until he falls in line.

I just watched the highlights from the ISU vs. WVU game at Sprint Center last year... just wanted to remember what it was like to beat them from last year.

This would be great time to experiment with bringing on a few of our OL as walk-on's and just have them foul the ever loving **** out of WVU. I mean, really just crush those dudes.

I kind of dig it. As WVU is bringing the ball up just have a few of them waiting in a 3 point stance at the free throw line.

Well, if you set your expectations low enough you can never be disappointed. I'd be satisfied with a forty minute effort and no crappy body language or flat out quitting. If they're outmatched, so be it. Just keep working.

My only expectation is for the team to give a full 40 minute effort, no matter what the final margin is.

At this point, withh Nick being out for the foreseeable future and with the team being so limited as it is, if Prohm can somehow get to 15 total wins he should be in consideration for Big 12 Coach of the Year.

I think Prohm is a pretty good coach, but I find it really frustrating that every other team has 10-11 players that get minutes and we get devastated any time one of our 7-8 players has an injury. How is it that we cannot have any depth, nor does it seem like we are developing any of our bench players.

This might be the most impressive thing that CMC is doing for the football team. The depth he has built in 2 years is impressive and bodes well for the future. We need the same thing for basketball.

I think Prohm could use some work on his motivation skills. He battled with Jameel McKay and is now battling with Lard. Given how little depth we have we really can't afford to have key players mentally distracted by their relationship with the coach.

I don't think every other team plays 10-11 guys.

Lack of depth: Shayok and Jacobson sitting out the year, McNeil pulling a last minute flip. There's your three extra players. If given a choice, I'd take Shayok and Jacobson sitting out vs guys 11 and 12 off the bench for this year. Nothing you can do about the McNeil spot really.

Lindell is due for a big game. I think this is a better game than people think.
It should be closer than the Tennessee game.

We’ve been scraping our bottom and I’m expecting feast/famine in Wigginton breaking the press. That’s better than the 25 minutes of just famine on Saturday.

This is a really bad take

Late start his first recruiting year and poor spring recruiting after that led to depth issues.

That said, 7 is enough if the bench is a pg and a forward. The starting 5 are way more important
