The references to Red Lebanese, Black Napalese, and Durban Poison are to hashish or marijuana (I had to look them up, but I knew the song was about Marriott getting busted for drugs).

Great song and we all know what it’s about, but there is nothing in the lyrics that’s either explicit or implicit. Really is a masterpiece of song writing.
