Can't say as I disagree. I especially hated it when it first came out. But I have a Bobby McFerrin story.

Years ago I had a co-worker whose car broke down as she was driving around Lake of the Isles. It was a cold blustery day and as this was before the days of ubiquitous cell phones she found herself knocking on a door to ask to use the phone. The door opened and it was none other than Bobby McFerrin. He was very gracious not only inviting my co-worker in to use the phone but offering her a hot drink while she waited for help to arrive. He was nothing but a welcoming gentleman to the stranger who appeared at his door.

The story kind of softened me on the song because she said he was just like the tenor of the song - positive and welcoming.

"If your car breaks down, and you're all alone // Come to my house, you can use my phone. Don't worry ... Be happy."

They're very talented but almost anything Lady Gaga or Adele.

Gaga just feels gimmicky and Adele is boring.
