Sometimes when I'm working on a long project I put that EP on and just let it loop for hours. Steady pumping rhythm that gets me going. All of the songs are very similar but I love it.
That EP has a definite cyclical structure from song to song, carried throughout, I could imagine it'd be perfect to loop as a project-backgrounder. Outlier might be "Gardening at Night," which, when compared to the other tracks, has an element of "variance."
Yeah I didn't even realize it at first...I was just thinking "man I'm on a roll and energized" then I realized it was specifically 1,000,000 that I had on loop, so I just looped the whole thing for a few hours. Go back to it now and then for the same.
I like this version better than the Nelson Riddle version that one usually hears...
I'm only 2 pages in so far. Y'all are gonna use up all the good ones.
