I guess the point is WHY do we need to know ahead of time if something is going to happen?
We can figure out a replacement: let's find a JUCO that hasn't committed yet due to question marks. We'll hype him up to uncontrollable levels, then become dissapointed and trash McDermott if it doesn't work out...

I heard some stuff near the watercooler today, but I'm too busy to tell anyone about it. But I had time to write this post. Just not the other 5 seconds it would take to say what I actually heard.

I totally agree. Why do people get so bent out of shape about some post on a free website? If it turns out he is right, thanks in advance for the news, I (and most posters here) appreciate it. If he is wrong, who cares? It is a FREE website. What difference does it make? Now, on the other hand, if it was premium info, and it turned out to be wrong, I would be upset, because I PAY for that information in advance. See the difference?

Alright what I just did was black out everyone on my poster from this year other than Lee. I assume we'll play 4 on 5 with Colvin, Gillstrap, Lee and Dendy

It's just a "heads up" and I took it that way. Some people really get bent out of shape about this stuff for some reason.
Right about what? What are you appreciating? He didn't give any information to be right about or for anyone to appreciate.
Does the OP usually have very good inside information? I don't doubt that at all. But posting stuff like this accomplishes nothing, except providing a forum for rampant speculation. That's what people have an issue with.
If you aren't at liberty to divulge the information in totality, then don't say anything at all.
