I don't formally do either keto or paleo, but the closer I get to those diets via skipping bad carbs, weight comes off pretty easy. And though carbs/grains don't bother my system like some people, there is a slight improvement in GI behavior LOL. And I do feel and sleep a bit better with good foods and proteins.

Agree, it does take planning, prep work, and the willingness to sit and make a meal instead of just getting home and throwing a box of frozen whatever into the oven. You have to have the good stuff lying around, and not the bad stuff. If you can find a way to make that a hobby and/or fun, then you have a chance.
