Hey all, just wondering if anyone knows who owns/leases out the parking spots in the small lot between Legacy Tower and the building that Jeff's Pizza is located in. A friend is living in the apartments above Jeff's next year and it doesn't come with parking but that lot seems like it would be perfect. We checked it out a few days ago, there wasn't a number to call on the signs (they did all say Reserved or Private or something along those lines) at the stalls, and we didn't see anything about online contact info.

Didn't appear to be Campustown Property parking but could be wrong. Thanks for the help!

Legacy/Legends. Some of the spots that are closer to Welch is Cocoast and the tattoo place.

So do we contact Campustown Property (since they run Legacy apts)? I'm assuming the Legends spots are for restaurant guests only....and what is Cocoast?

Its not owned by the same people. Champlin owns the parking lot, and they own all of the property on Lincoln Way between Welch and Stanton, except for the Jeff's Pizza building.

that pic is pretty old, but looks similar to this one i just took using googlemaps of the lot. are they indeed the same lot?

Yeah the picture of that site is from 2000...Legacy was not built until 2004 I believe. It you click on the map tab on the top of that page, it will show will highlight the parcel...
