ESPNews is the only other option as long as there isn't another game on there already. And there probably is.I'm planning to DVR it. What are the most likely alternate channels that it usually gets moved to at the beginning? I'll DVR five channels if that's what it takes to see the whole game.

You do know when the first game is being played a lot of times ESPNU games are not listed as choices to watch. Then when that first game reaches three or four minutes after start of the second game, that ESPNU choice mysteriously appears. I just wish ESPN would have the second game on ESPNU shown all day. 1 hour 10 minutes to get to half time. At this rate we won't even see the entire first half
