As you are well aware.... the weather may have had something to do with him not meeting with Prohm last night. Can't explain the delay in letting Prohm know though?

I wonder if XF really didn't know who he was picking until this morning??

I have a REALLY hard time believing they didn't know until this morning. I can understand that being the story they want to tell (it's nicer to the loser school) and I don't care if that's what they do. But I will never believe that they didn't know.

I'm interested where Gunnerclone and the rest of the clowns are on this one. Once again CyTwins is right on target. Maybe a "ban" for all of those people that thought CW should just stroll into the thread and tell us that he was headed to Iowa since that was a "sure" thing as of Friday night.

Happy for Steve Prohm and the staff. They worked their collective asses off on this one. Happy for CyTwins to shut up a few people on this site.

From HN:
"It was a far better program a decade ago when Iowa was horrible. Since Fran got there it's only been a slightly better program."

ISU has I believe 7 NCAA wins to Iowa's 2 in that time frame.
ISU has four B12 Tournament championships to their 0 B10 hardware in that time frame.
ISU has around 10 guys with NBA contracts, not including a player who was killed while on a roster

Congrats guys. Duke and the Golden State Warriors are only slightly better than Iowa State by this measure.

how can you not count hurl Beecham?

Were you there when he came back playing on one of those put together teams during the preseason and the pep band would chant "Look it's Hurl Beechum" it was pretty funny.

Iowa has only 4 NCAA wins in the last 20 years if I am not mistaken.

He'll likely never play with Halliburton though.... but I guess you never know.

Yeah but Hali is someone who seems to embrace the culture of ISU in general and it would be easy to take him on his word.
