Over the last few years I have seen TWO problems with our defense. #1 lack of a good pass rush and #2 being on the field WAY too often. I believe we held every single opponent under their ppg avg last year if I'm not mistaken. If our offense could get some nice time consuming drives, our D would be a lot better off too. I get why we would want to run a fast paced offense, but we go 3 and out and punt and then the D is out there. Against the Big 12 offenses, we may want to slow down the tempo.
