If I’m an unsigned recruit, I’m calling up Prohm after last night because there is a Big 12 team with immediate playing time available for me.

Sorry I should be more clear. I don’t know any inside info, nor have I read anything regarding Foster.

I’m purely speculating that if this train wreck continues he’ll regret his decision and ask out.

Probably just an over reaction from a terrible loss, but I can’t imagine he’s loving what he’s seeing.

You realize this like never happens right? We were awful two years ago and none of that class that easily could have jumped left

Foster is solid.

Yeah, for now, wait until they go 3-15 in the Big 12 while Iowa makes the tourney with everyone coming back next year.

My prediction, Prohm gets fired next year, Foster plays about 10 minutes a game, then transfers to Iowa after the 2021 season, sits out a year then starts 3 years at Iowa.

If we do lose Blackwell, then Prohm had better go out and get a sharp shooter in his place, that's all I can say.

We shot well last night and still lost. Sharp-shooting isn’t even the biggest need imo.

If we lose Blackwell, we’ll need to add someone like him imo, although Johnson should help.

I’ve de-commmited to other activities this winter.

Please respect my decision...
Maybe the best part about games being in ESPN+ that I had no interest in getting is I wont feel bad about missing games. Honestly have no desire to watch this teams ups and downs

good thing prohm has such a solid track record with grad transfers....oh wait....
Even if we landed a talented GT, as unlikely as it is, would it be enough?

A GT isn’t likely to be as good as TH, although there would hopefully be more talent around them (assuming improvement by returners and the incoming freshmen are ready). Recall, Prohm went 9-9 in Big 12 play with last year’s roster. He needs a large talent buffer, it would seem.

This thread title is garbage btw. No one can “de-commit” at this point. Also Prohm isn’t getting fired or leaving after bringing in the #22 class in the nation for 2020 so everyone should just move on.

Wont be the #22 class for long. Even after last night you're committed to this Prohm fan boying gig. Pretty impressive dedication

so bringing people back to real life and telling you what the reality of the situation is fanboying? I will bet you $100 that Prohm is the head coach at ISU next year. And that’s not because I’m a fanboy of Prohm and want him back so badly it’s because that is what is going to happen no matter how anyone on this board feels. And btw I wanted TJ. Still do.

Let's be honest though, the only reason Prohm will be back next year is because of $$ and his contract.

Not really the same situation but Darius McNeill very easily jumped and left after signing a LOI.

It's not that much money. If an AD really wants a coach out, they find a way. But I agree with Gunner, Prohm will be back, (barring a complete meltdown in conference play) because JP isn't the type of AD that fires a coach too hastily.

Right or wrong, that's what will happen. Fans just have to ask themselves, are they going support the team because they are still cyclones, or are they going to ***** and complain after every loss, and gloat that they were right about Prohm all along?

Is it true that this has been in the works for a while because of the players mom being sick?

If we have a fanbase worth anything, it should be to support the program and complain after every loss. More likely it will be apathy and loss of interest though.
