I think you have it about right, but I think OU takes UT in the rematch.

I also think TCU might be a little better. Would not be surprised if it comes out that Robinson is playing with some type of nagging injury.

Perhaps. They’re a more talented team than they’ve been showing, but damn I’d like to have a redo on that game.

I honestly don't think anything is clear enough to decide except for 1 and 2 right now. 3-7 are all over the place. If Okie St fires Gundy, they are as stupid as Nebraska and deserve a Nebby like tumble in to oblivion. Hasn't the guy won like 80 games this decade?

I think that once you have a coach for long enough you start to realize all of the faults and not the good things. Kind of a like a relationship that's souring. His game management is pretty bad still, the recruiting has kind of stagnated for them, and they're often pretty sloppy.

It may very well be a mistake to get rid of him, but it also may be worth a shot. It would sure be nice for us for them and KSU to have some rough transitions to new coaches.

Bill Snyder is a vampire...he's there forever.

OSU will not fire Gundy, that would be an asinine move.

No but they do weird things with coaches there. Remember when they gave Travis ford a big raise and gundy nothing?

I bet gundy leaves this year. He’s been angling for a different job for years.

Yeah, there is something that is just really screwy about that whole athletic dept.

Last offseason there were no coaching changes in the Big 12. How many this off-season?

At one time it looked like it Beaty, Snyder, and KK all were strong candidates, but I could see KU being the only change. Can OkST do better than Gundy?

I would say no...he's the most successful coach they've ever had so it'd be quite a risk.

They've been very successful under him and a down season isn't new there.

It was unbelievable how many OSU fans we talked to in Stillwater did not like Gundy. I’d bring up “the guy wins 8-10 games consistently” but they rebuttal with “yeah but he can’t win the big one”......AKA OU.

Some of my OSU friends are frustrated by Gundy at times, but we know how good we have it...and how quickly we could be irrelevant again. I remember back in 1997 under Bob Simmons. After we won our 6th game, the announcer yelled, "YOUR COWBOYS ARE BOWL ELIGIBLE!" and the crowd went absolutely nuts. It was our first bowl since Barry Sanders played. Then we didn't see another for 5-6 years. We've been in the mix for a Big 12 title four times over the last 10 years - had we won our last game (OU) those years, we would be there. That's pretty amazing when you consider we only recently went over .500 in our football history.
