Yep, I so eat crow on this kid. Saw him the first game and chuckled: A) he is 12 years old B) he is 5'4'. No way. I wont even attempt to kid you all and say "he slowly gained on me." Pppsshh, he came out in game 2 and cold punched me in the chops and immediately captured my fandom.
He's certainly earned his minutes.

I'm sorry but my takeaway from this is Randy is so bad at his job lol

EDIT: Don't mean to distract from Pav. Love that he's our guy
Randy was on XM radio before the football season. It was an interview about the whole gambling crap. Heister and I think Carpenter’s show (who are a great radio listen by the way). I honestly think they stopped the interview early because Randy was aweful. I was embarrassed as an ISU fan. Maybe it’s time to retire

Ya I think it was game three when he started getting more minutes over Curtis I was all in on him. Super intense. Love undersized guys that just get after it.

I don't know he is called undersized. He is 6'2. Being skinny doesn't mean you can't hoop or are undersized. I mean is Durant undersized cause he is skinny?
I think he IS undersized when you compare him to the rest of the guys on the court. Tall & skinny is one thing. "Short" (for a basketball player) and skinny gives off another impression altogether. Add in the hair & the fresh-faced midwestern kid looks, and yeah...most people are going to describe him as undersized. And if that makes them underestimate him, all the better! :D

Remember the lead into that. The ski jump agony of defeat? At the bottom of the ski jump, instead of lift off, the person crashes.
There will be no agony with Jackson P.

Edit: He will not crash.

These are some of the dumbest questions ever asked to a player.
I was disappointed there were only seven questions asking about the source of the energy he shows on the court and his motivation.

"Where does that play-hard attitude come from?"
"Being undersized and underestimated I've always played with a chip on my shoulder."
"Is that where your energy on the court comes from."
.
.
.
"You mentioned being underestimated. Is that what motivates you?"
.
.
.
"How would you describe your mentality considering you may be underestimated?
.
.
.
I felt bad for him. He handled himself well considering the line of questioning.

I think that reporter was more interested in interviewing the actual chip on his shoulder.
