Seems about right honestly on paper. Hopefully we go out and prove everyone wrong again!
1-4...solid
5-8...interchangeable...maybe 1 team jumps into the top 4
9-10...tough year for Huggie Bear and EMAW

8th may be good enough to get into the tournament.
This isn't like football where some of your preseason statements were completely illogical because I really haven't a clue about what's ahead for K-State never having seen all but two of the players in a game.
I would move KU and TT down. They lost some dudes.
If TCU had a history of a rowdy fanbase/tough place to play I could bump them up even more. That team could be very salty.
I dont see OU and OSU clear cut ahead of ISU. My expectation is ISU is a top-6 squad

OSU played hard when they had no reason to last year.
I really think ISU will surprise the league this year again. PG will be a struggle with youth taking their lumps but at the other 4 positions we are absolutely elite defensively, I expect Holmes to fill it up a bit offensively, if TJ is to be believed, Osun could be our first high level offensive post player in several years, and don’t forget Tre King is eligible for conference play. If Grill and Jaz take steps forward offensively and Gabe is even just the same as last year, this should be a better offensive unit than last year, provided our point guards can make it past half court.
Jaz is so efficient offensively, if he can be more aggressive and maintain the efficiency, that’d be huge. He had a little lull mid-conference last season but was coming on strong the last 10 games or so. I think he averaged like 7 rebounds/game the last 10 or so and was playing really good D.
I try to give you the benefit of the doubt but crap like this is why people get sick of you. If you want to do a victory dance over the football standings do it in a football thread. You should know that this is a MBB preseason standings thread since you made the damned thing.

You seem to have the Linus syndrome. I was just comparing facts, two preseason polls, one with Baylor football winning, the other Baylor hoops. Why you can't get beyond your blank is a reflection of your feelings, which I am not responsible for. K-State is 1/10 of the story in both polls, as are your Cyclones. Good grief, man. And y'all believe women get their feelings easily hurt? Geezzz.
Honestly feels about right, I would be a lot more bullish on Iowa State if we had a known commodity at PG.
Interested to see how TCU handles expectations. That was good squad last year, but was pretty far from being a true contender in the conference. Returning everyone is great for consistent success, but will they improve?
