TJ rotates so much based on situation, I think minutes is more important. Here's my guess:
Lipsey 32
Gilbert 28
Jones 28
Biliew 20
King 20
Big Rob 20
Ward 20
Milan 12
Watson 12
Pav 8

With CEO, etc having mop up minutes (<5).

I have all the "bigs" at 20 mpg each... probably one of them will emerge and be 24 mpg, adn another will not and be 16 mpg. Whether due to injury, skill, whatever.

Poor Pav. :/

LOL at all the people hating on BRE. He might not be perfect but he tries hard and gets the job done.

I'm hoping a lot of people aren't hating on him and are just hoping someone with a higher ceiling emerges that can take minutes from him if warranted. While there are definitely shortcomings to his game, there were a few games last year where he sparked the team and got them out of a funk. I'll sure as hell root for anyone that brings a high motor to the court.

I will never understand why so many dog on big rob, he averaged 6&4 last year to osun's 8&4. He was turnover prone at times. He's not an amazing player but he's not terrible either.
No matter how much or little he plays this year he will always be a legend to me for telling Bacot he was too small

Statically speaking, he was one of the least efficient players in the conference play, despite his last season being "better" than his first...

I HIGHLY doubt a 5th year center has a meaningful jump in his game or we would have already seen signs.

He is a 2nd, ideally 3rd unit center good for a couple hard fouls and spelling better players when they need a rest.

If BRE plays as many minutes as Omaha and 75% more than Milan, many on here (including myself) may have a meltdown.
100% agree on the meltdown part!

I just expect a true freshman to be on the floor all the time - there's so much to adjust to, learn, grown men in the post, etc. Historically this has been how it worked, regardless of recruiting ratings.

Now, maybe Omaha is the unreal exception to the rule, plays 30 mpg, is 1st team all conference, and I am totally underestimating him. But for a guess on minutes, I will play the historical odds. I would be happy to be wrong!

It doesn’t really matter who starts but Milan will be on the floor when the game is being decided at the end!

I'd be surprised. I think there will be a couple "every game, end of game" players, Lipsey for one, but I could see this year being really situational.
And if Milan is one of those players, it will mean he's really good.

Looked back at this for grins. I was pretty close on the 3 guards.

Pretty close on King and BRE, both are more like 22-23 mpg.
Ward is about 16mpg, so a little less.

WAY off on Milan (31mpg) and Omaha of course. Did not see Milan playing near that much as a true freshman, and thought the 5-star would play a decent amount in rotation with the other 3 bigs.

Watson & Pav I have reversed compared to actual.

Quick scan of the thread and it it looks like every post had Omaha starting. Nobody had Milan starting. And BRE didn't get much love either.

I think if you told most posters before the season that BRE starts and Omaha doesn't see the floor and the team will be in the top ten contending for a league title in March they would have declared you insane and had you committed.

I most definitely had Milan starting.

Starters: Lipsey - Gilbert - Milan - Omaha - Tre King

In my opinion those are going to be the 5 biggest contributors. We saw Tamin grow last year, Gilbert is the most B12 ready transfer, Omaha and Milan are too talented to keep off the court and Tre should be ready for a starting role after getting some experience last season.

Off the bench: Pav/CJones/Watson/Rob/Ward

Pav and CJones will be great offensive sparks off the bench when needed and will have the opportunity to play a ton. Watson and Ward showed some signs last season and Big Rob is Big Rob - he brings the energy!
Pretty close here despite Omaha. But everyone got that wrong. Back on July 19th.
