Tomorrow morning I have a presentation to give to my boss's boss. He is a big Perdue fan and we have had a bit of friendly banter this week about a potential Saturday match-up.
Should I start my presentation tomorrow morning with a Arkansas Little Rock logo on my screen or is that too much?

Bold move. Just make sure the second slide has a hyperlink to the state unemployment office and its online form. :)

Nope, way too much of a Hawkeye move. Just don't.

Thought you all might find this entertaining...from a Purdue fan after their loss to Little Rock.

[h=2]I can't[/h]I just…. can’t. This hurts more than any loss I’ve ever experienced. I KNEW THAT THIS ******* TEAM with their ******* head coach could not adjust when it got hot. We missed free throws. Those are fundamental basketball plays. That’s on Painter. This whole game, falls on him. I defend and defend him and all he does is **** it up. I’m so ******. I hate being a goddamn Purdue fan, because Satan has condemned me to a life of sports misery. I’m just so ******* over this **** show of Purdue athletics. Zero toughness. Toughness defined Purdue basketball, and we were outtoughed by a MID MAJOR ******* TEAM. That’s all I’m going to say. I’m drinking this one away.

"HOLY TOLEDO!"

I feel their pain. This was literally us last year. As I was reading that all I felt was a very unpleasant nostalgia from the UAB.

If it were KU or EIU I'd say go for it. In this case I'd be the bigger man and just pretend nothing happened.

We have to play the same team, so don't get to big of head. Could suffer the same fate. ISU fans should know better than anyone not to get on a high horse

Make the last slide a Purdue vs. Iowa State and cross out the Purdue and put Ark. L.R. instead

Take the high road. Whatever you do, take the high road. He'll remember that instead of thinking you're somewhat of a potential jerk for rubbing in a loss.

Imagine how you'd feel a year ago if someone trolled you about UAB the day after the game... Now imagine you are the boss of the boss of the person doing the trolling. I think I would fire the person on the spot.

Unless you know him well, that's a Pur-don't!

Better yet, create an ISU vs Purdue screen shot as if you were not aware and just assumed they would be playing each other. Let him point it out.

Your Human Resources department would probably strongly advise you against that decision.

I'm leaning towards making it my last slide so I can make a game time decision.

No reason you can't appreciate a hard fought disappointing loss by not being a **** to a guy who can pay you.

I've never understood the after-the-fact trash talk... It's more fun to trade smack before the game and come off as the better person afterward by kind words for the loss.

But you COULD open with a **** iowa gif as he'd probably appreciate THAT.
