What really has me concerned is that this staff may be waaay to concerned about throwing potential int's. Remember that Sam was benched after he over threw that short lob for an int. This would account for the ***** *** play calling and never going down field. It would also give a possible reason why SR has regressed and sees ghost everywhere. If the coaches chew his butt everytime he throws into decent coverage and god forbid an occasional int then I would be ****** as well. Our receivers can make plays but you have to ATTACK the defense. This also is a directive from the HC on down, I'm afraid.

Rhoads said as much on the call in show. And that's why on the 3rd and 6 at the end of the half against OU they didn't throw the ball. He said too many bad things have happened in those situations this season.
