Had to put on my @wxman1 aviation boy hat to try and ID the flying boat I saw while walkabout today. Probably a Grumman Albatross. There's one in Eagan per a little web searchie and it's painted up blue like the one I saw flying overhead. Not what you expect to see in the winter though.
Definitely not what you expect to see in the winter!
maybe technology fees? got to make up for some lost revenue, I guess.Son is getting fees of anywhere from $40-125 for each online class. Why are online classes more expensive than inperson classes at ISU? This makes zero sense. The online stuff my daughter takes at community colleges is not higher and their tuition is even 2/3rds the price. I’m confused by this.
Naw, there is a separate technology fee also. Besides, he is using our internet since he is living at home.maybe technology fees? got to make up for some lost revenue, I guess.

Me when I hear anything overhead that isn't a Delta jet, a chopper or a Cessna.

We live almost directly under the helicopter route between 2 national guard bases. It's fun when you hear the thumping of the rotors coming. Took the family over to offutt a few years ago, air shows are fun to watch. The kids are all about anything that flies, if I am outside I will stop and watch anything that flies over but really only radials or things that sound interesting get me to run outside.
We live under the lifeflight path from the regional hospital to any of them to the west. The thumping sound is one we don’t care for.We live almost directly under the helicopter route between 2 national guard bases. It's fun when you hear the thumping of the rotors coming.
