Got a tenderloin instead of the filet i ordered, but it was still ******* delicious. The scallops that came with it weren't though. They were properly cooked, but they must have been baked instead of pan seared. Just no flavor.
I watch fishing shows on Sunday mornings with no intention of actually using any of the information/tips/products but it's still super relaxing at least.

Mating duet probably. Woods get noisy at night now with the Great Horned Owls pairing up. They pair up and mate early.
Well, it's how a lot of people think the outdoors is like since they only experience it with earbuds in and their playlist rolling.
Got a phishing text this morning. Supposedly from my credit union, was the right institution. Asking me if I tried to change my PIN and if not to click linky. Looked like my CU site graphics etc. However site had bogus address. Lot of work went into this considering it's a CU only in MN and western WI.
No likey they had my cell number and correct CU. Probably info from the latest data breach, gotten a few of those notices this year with the latest being a large health care provider.

We had Christmas with my side of the family. Nice to be together considering it's the first without my dad and some other changes in family. Weather was good, travel was fine, got home in time for last couple of minutes of ISU WBB game.
A toilet seat was recently stolen from the local police department. Investigators currently have nothing to go on...
Somebody left our laundry room pantry cracked open. I see the dog wander in and she has a large amount of treats Infront if her. They are kept in the bottom of this pantry. She just went back to try for another. I stopped her craziness at 6. No more treats for awhile.
Someone needs to tell Will Ferrell that his schtick is just old now. Time to move on to a different style.
Never thought of him as funny. I like a few of his movies like Anchorman and Talledega Nights, but most of the time he just doesn't make me laugh. My foreman, who's the same age as me, makes fun of me for not liking him.
Speaking of funny, I haven't watched SNL in years, so I was just introduced to a bit where the weekend update guys, Colin Jost and Michael Che, write jokes for each other to read twice a season, once for the Christmas episode, and the season finale episode, and they have no idea what the jokes will be until they read them live.

Had to write a check again today. Took two tries as I screwed up the first one. Just don't do this often these days and what used to be sort of a rote routine is not that anymore.
Renting a suite from an owner in my sisters resort in February. Canadian folks so they asked for a cheque. Thinking it will actually be a "check" since it will be U.S. dollars since it is drawn on an American bank.
