I always thought you were supposed to stretch before, but it actually seems to help me more to stretch after. May just be old lady anatomy.

I think it's actually both before and after. If it's part of the class or dvd I'm doing, I'll do it. If it's running? I'll do a few hip flexor stretches on my way out but I rarely stretch afterward. I'm bad.

Running I just stretch a minute or so before, but a good ten minutes after. I only run every other day and only a mile, I don't think it is good for my joints and already have a bad knee. And I think I will dump it for the summer when I can swim. But the stretching after really helps me a lot. You young people probably recover more quickly.

Ladies, you're all in better shape than me, plus I have an arthritic knee, yet all I do is a knee stretch for 30 seconds before running and I'm fine. Are you sure you don't just run with really bad posture?

Ok, back to random. An employee of ours walks in today around 10:00 after no-showing yesterday. (I covered his work)

I ask him where he was at and he tells me "jail". Then he tells me he had to wait until 9AM for the impound lot to open up to get his car. He got a DWI.

On the plus side, I won $50 in the office pool for guessing his exact excuse and being within 30 minutes on when he'd show back up to work.

Second person I fired at this job was a no-call/no-show. Been with the company for 10 years and was a manager at one point. Asked him why he didn't return any of our phone calls and his response was "it's never been a big deal before."

******* Hawaii, man.

Wunderlist is joining Microsoft. Maybe that means I can finally integrate with Outlook. Be useful especially looking a bit down the road.

I run with really bad breathing. It wipes me out. I need to practice breathing better so I can try and run more than a half block at a time.

I'm a huge "watch guy" and have quite the collection of Swiss watches. I love Victorinox because it's Swiss quality without being expensive.

These are all around the $500 range but you might be able to find something on ebay for a little less. Something of this quality will not only be noticed (in a good way) but last forever and never go out of style.

For business a black leather strap with a silver face is a can't lose. Only wear this with black pants though, no black leather band with a brown suit! I wear my silver link watches (I have both a silver face and a blue face like this) depending on the shirt color I am wearing. I find the silver links provide more options.

I wouldn't wear the first example because I don't like the dark face with that strap but it's a pretty common combination. I also own the blue one I showed you and wear it very often.

Now I gotta ask if you're getting yourself an Apple Watch.

I can't imagine wanting to watch that. Seems like going to an ex's wedding.

Are there still people that believe he's not staying?

I actually watched it, and no, not because I thought he'd stay...interested in how it would be handled. I had to leave right when the questions started, but he spent a good part of it talking about Ames...a little over the top sappy considering how the last few weeks have gone down, but I'm kind of beyond the anger phase, so I was curious.
