Was it creepy becuse you found him or creepy because you finally found him?

Ha, just creepy figuring it out. I search random photos a lot. I happened to click on one and thought, "Hey, that looks like the vintage sweatshirt BU posted" Click on his profile and see 1. He is in a fraternity. 2. He is a Starbucks addict 3. Pic with big McKay head 4. Pic in Seahawks gear 5. Pic with an ADPi composite from 1975 (which he wrongly guessed I may be in--ha!) Hi, BU! :)

Out of curiosity, I just started jotting down my various passwords to websites, wi-fi, apps, etc. I'm easily over 60 different passwords. And then if I include combinations to stuff like locks and garage doors, smh...

And many of the websites I use require passwords to be changed every 3-4 weeks.

It's really no wonder that I can't remember my wife's work phone number, right? Anyone got my back on this?

our IT is changing soon to either a 60 or 90 day reset on everything. Including ones that have been the same since I started 5 years ago. Joy. Can we just do fingerprint scanning or something instead?

She had that picked out, fitted and ordered less than a week after getting engaged.:skeptical::wideeyed::eek:

Technically, it was the first thing crossed off the list.

At least she knew what she wanted?

Sometimes I will watch Say Yes to the Dress mostly for the train wreck entertainment. Most dresses really do need six month time frame and then you probably want 1-3 fittings after that. I'm surprised at the girls that are so picky don't realize how little their choices will be if they are only a month or two out.

To add to the password frustration, a number of websites won't let you re-use the past 6 or 7 passwords. And most of them don't deal with anything significant enough to need a password to begin with.

I have a huge number of ISU related passwords, but I'm running out of ideas. I'm thinking about just using some of the usernames on here. Maybe I'll associate certain websites to specific posters.

I think the memory on the upcoming change is going to be 12.

She must have known a while out what she wanted to know exactly where in Ames to go find it so quickly.

To get into our payroll system we have to use a 12 digit password that changes once a month and the password cannot have 4 digit combination that is the same as any of the previous 20 passwords.

Example: if you have abc1 anywhere in your password, that cannot reappear for 20 pws.

Let us know when you need us to PM our addresses for the invitations...

;)
I've already had one friend and one family member (and her family) tell me they won't be able to attend. I don't know if I should just go with it and reduce the guest list, or invite someone else in their place. You know, someone from the "Maybe, I don't know if I want to invite them" list.

I had about four months. But I was not planning on a wedding gown, just a suit or nice dress. Two months out, PapaLew decided that we would do the tux & dress route because my first marriage was in front of a JP, and the bride wore jeans. I went to a couple of shops in Ames, and they ****** me off royally with their attitudes. So we hit Des Moines, and I found this dress at a consignment shop that fit perfectly and was absolutely gorgeous...but more than I wanted to spend. We kept looking without any luck, but one day PapaLew drove me down to that shop and said "buy it - you know you want to". Sometimes I'm too stingy with my money. It was perfect, and it was the one day in my life that I actually felt beautiful, wearing that dress with my hair all done up. Sometimes PapaLew is a pretty smart man. :)

I was just teasing, but seriously - don't invite people you don't want just to maintain numbers. Invite the people that you WANT to be there, the ones that will share your joy and amplify it. :)
