My wife thinks jeans are comfy. That being said 99% of the time she is in shorts or yoga pants. She is also continuing her streak of every woman hating her. The day after she gave birth she looked like nothing happened and popped right back to her normal self.

Not that it matters but no matter the time of year if I am not at work or wearing jeans outside of the house I am in dri-fit shorts and shirts the second I get home. That is the definition of so much comfy for guys imo.

but how did she do that? I need to know. Did she work out? Not eat ice cream?

CG, some women are just made that way. :( I have a friend with 6 kids now. She usually doesn't show much of a tummy until month 8.

Only four more days till z goes to the allergist. I think I am finally making peace with her getting tested. Not sure if I would prefer the blood test or scratch test.

As for the body bouncing back, they say nursing is burning 500 calories each time. Then if you eat right you should start burning quickly.

the twin I held today is like a 21lb 7 month old. He had the fattest little thighs and they were so darn cute and squishy.

oh, I learned that in Lactation (for realz, a real class I took, the ISU prof is seriously one of the top in the country) he told us that in class and BFF and I looked at each other and are like "best exercise ever".

Just try not to over eat at either end. I was hungrier after. Another friend told me she was eating half a sheet cake in a day.

She's genetically going to be small. She is also extremely active now even though we try to have her eat 6-9 times a day
:)

half a sheet cake?!?!?!?!??!

I feel like I'm too dumb to have a kid yet but a coworker who we had the baby shower for yesterday (and has her baby Monday) got a high chair as one of the gifts and she's like "when do they start using this, when do they start getting real food?" And I laughed. Felt a bit better about feeling completely oblivious on when stuff like that and other developmental things are supposed to happen.

I think I asked before, but is she walking now? That happens at like a year though, so she's past that. I guess I don't know what they do after walking!

They start to try and run. More recognizable words. Teething. ...Teething. ...Teething.

I just finished her 1.5yr development survey. Almost all of it was yes. But even then Dr's tell you kids differ in time frames a bit
