DH is just adamant this dress thing is blue and black. I only see it out of the corner of my eye. Can't see it that way straight on.

Ahh...T-tops...they need to come back.

Even I'm not sure if I'm serious onnat one.

With my long hair, I've never been a huge fan of convertibles. T-tops broke the wind a little better, but having the "wind in your hair" is over-rated if you're the one that has to brush out the tangles later...

KC,did my guess make it to you? It was right by the way. Sport staches I always think of Mark Spitz for Olympics and the guy who wears the peacock cowboy hat in NASCAR. Rollie Fingers in BB I think he had a cool Handlebar one if I remember right.

on this topic. Since conference season started as a superstition I've been letting my facial hair grow, I look somewhat similar to the wwe wrestler Daniel Bryan. This is the longest I've let it grow (it's really starting to bother me) but given we lost a home game maybe it's time to take a razor to it.

I, too, have been known to break the wind a little.

ANSWER IN PM TO ME, PLEASE!!!!!
Don't spoil the challenge for the others...

Pop quiz: Soundoff is looking for the best sports moustaches. This one is my favorite. Can you tell me who he is?

Double Ought & Ring know him. :)

I wasn't on last night, but this was a softball for me. They made a movie about him in the 90's with Jared Leto. That may jog a few younger people's memory.

In terms of runners, Prefontaine, Bannister, and Jesse Owens (although more known for long jump) stand out for me.

But best sports stache has gotta go to Rollie

He died forty years ago...it wouldn't have surprised me. I'm pretty sure Boxter will know him. I actually watched him run for Oregon, way back when. He was pretty amazing.

Although I am the oldest "runner" here I didn't really hear about him till years after he died. I didn't start running races till I was in my late 30's. After I did start running, Joan Benoit Samuelson was my running idol. Got her autograph on my running bib from the Bix 7 years ago, not too long after she won the Olympic marathon.

PS: Was wearing a vintage 1993 Kaiser Roll 5K t-shirt last night. As they say in the other threads on CF "cheap and high quality". :)
