And the lawn service finally shows up next door to remove the ton* of wet oak leaves on my neighbor's lot. Jeez, dudes, it's almost December. Was expecting the roar of their multiple gas blowers but it's so wet they are having to rake to leaves onto taps and drag them to their trailer. Actual labor intensive just like I did mine as an army of one. I laugh a hearty laugh at their expense.

Nah. And yes DMACC will give me the college experience. I know a lot of people who went to DMACC first and they said it's there's no difference.
Found out my son won his wrestle off for a wrestling spot this week. Won the starting spot at his planned weight but for weight certifications the coaches told him the wrong information and he was 1 1/2 pounds too heavy to wrestle that this week. The guy above him was in the same boat but he didn't have to wrestle for the one above him.
The reward for winning, he gets the #1 guy in state. Between now and tomorrow night he has to drop 2# or he will have to stay up and get number #2 next week. I could gain 2 lbs by tomorrow but not lose it.
